1. General Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused, in the same condition you received them.
- Be in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and free gifts or promotional items received with the purchase.
- Include a proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation email or receipt.
2. Return Timeframe
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. Returns requested beyond this period may not be accepted.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please follow these steps:
